This website is an internet site serving as a catalog and store for Extremes five ltd.

• The site serves, among other things, for the sale of products marketed by extreme five ltd.
• The products displayed on the site are only part of the Extremes products sold from time to time, and this does not obligate Extremes in any way to maintain a specific inventory and/or variety of products on the site.
• Extremes may change at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice, any of the products offered on the site, replace them, or remove them from the site.
• The offer to sell a specific product on the site does not constitute any commitment regarding the availability of that product in stock and/or the possibility of selling it in the future.
• It is clarified that the images displayed on the site are for illustration purposes only and do not bind Extreme.
• As detailed below, the presence of products on the site does not indicate that the product is in stock.
• In any case where a product that is not in stock is purchased, Extreme may cancel the transaction regarding that out-of-stock product by sending you a cancellation notice.

Prices

• All prices listed on the site are quoted in New Israeli Shekels, include VAT as required by law, and do not include shipping fees as detailed below.
• It is clarified that if levies and/or taxes and/or additional mandatory payments apply at the time of purchase, said levies will be added to the price listed on the site.
• The displayed prices are correct as of the date indicated on the price page.

Payment is made by credit card.

Inventory and Delivery

In exceptional cases where an item is out of stock, we commit to notifying the customer of any shortage and agreeing with the customer on the delivery date of the missing item. In any case, we will not delay shipment due to a missing item without the customer's knowledge and consent. As a rule, missing items will be shipped separately within a short period, provided they are available from the importer or manufacturer's inventory, and we will not charge shipping fees for items that were missing.

We ship items to any location in the country. The shipping price as published on the site will be added to the total amount of products in the shopping cart and will be indicated on the invoice.

Product delivery within 14 business days from the date of purchase.

Cancellation and Returns

A product purchase may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product. Cancellation will only be made by sending an email notification to the company management and only after the company approves the cancellation.

In case of transaction cancellation, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5%, but not more than 100 NIS as required by law. If the product was delivered to the customer, the customer is responsible for returning the product to our company. Shipping costs will not be refunded in any case.

Any complete product in its original packaging, unused, and with the purchase invoice may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must arrive at our offices or Extremes branches.

Shipping

Shipping costs to our offices are borne by the buyer. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced by us with an identical item at no charge, and the shipment will be made by us at no charge immediately upon arrival of the damaged item at our office. If out of stock, the company may cancel the order, provided no more than 10 days have passed since the order date.

Products sold on the site and/or in the store will be provided with an importer's warranty certificate. It is hereby clarified that the warranty for proper operation of the product lies with the importer and equipment manufacturer according to the warranty certificate attached to the item. If a malfunction occurs, the consumer should contact our company and/or the importer with the warranty certificate in hand.

The warranty applies provided the product was used correctly and reasonably.

The shipment will arrive directly to the customer's home according to the address entered in the order details on the site.

A defective item will be repaired or replaced with an identical item after a laboratory inspection determines whether the defect in the glasses is a manufacturing defect and thus covered under warranty. If the defect is found to result from unreasonable use by the customer and is not covered under warranty, the company will offer the customer a price quote for repairing the glasses.

Shipping costs for the defective item are borne by the customer; returning the product to the customer will not be charged shipping fees. We apologize in advance for technical errors and appreciate any feedback from our customers for correction accordingly.

To complete the purchase, the customer must provide personal details as specified in the purchase form.

Credit Card

We commit not to transfer our customers' details to third parties. The company will use the information for the purpose of fulfilling the customer's offer and order.

The company reserves the right to remove and/or add product(s) and/or service(s) from the site and/or to change the site and/or its content and/or prices and/or terms at any time without prior notice.

The customer hereby declares that they have read the site's terms and conditions and are aware of them, and that neither they nor anyone on their behalf will have any claim or lawsuit against the company and/or its employees and/or site operators, and releases them from any liability for any damage caused directly or indirectly due to a product and/or service.
