Whenever you meet any difficulty, you are invited to contact our firm right away.
We insure any product defect during a whole year which extends from the acquiring date of our product that concern solely Extreme production defects.
Our insurance does not include lens scratches which are caused through unreasonable use.
Whenever warranty service is needed our customers are advised to contact all our Extreme agents and delegates.
Customers are also advised to hand purchase invoice certificates which are supplied with all the relevant details that include the defect description.
Customers are entitled to pay fully the repair cost as is inserted in our price list.
Customer's payment is need in the following mistunes:
In absence of insurance certificate.
When the insurance is to of date
In any other circumstance that is not an Extreme production defect.
